No, there is no any special discount on registration fee.

Do you accept registration by phone or fax ?

No, all the potential visitors directly are required to register for ISEC 2025 on the website. For your reference, proxy registration or attendance is not allowed.

Is the free parking provided to visitors ?

No, we recommend you to use public transportation.

Is group registration acceptable ?

No, group registration is unacceptable. All the potential visitors are required to make registration personally.

Is free on-site registration possible if I miss the pre-registration deadline ?

ISEC is a paid conference. On-site registrants should pay KRW 550,000(VAT 10% included) for admission. Instead, employees at government or public offices can enter for free only if employee ID card is shown to registration desk staff.

When is the online pre-registration deadline of ISEC 2025 ?

It’s 18:00 p.m KST on Aug. 25(Mon). After the deadline, the only on-site registration is acceptable. So, please complete pre-registration within the deadline.

Is the lunch provided to visitors ?

No, the lunch is not provided to visitors.

Do you offer overseas visitors the paperwork for visa issuance ?

No, none of documents for visa such as invitation letter or letter of warranty will be provided. All the overseas visitors should take care of visa issuance autonomously. Plus, admission of visitors from travel ban countries designated by Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Korea could be restricted.

How many CPE hours will be earned ?

It will be 8-hour per day and 16-hour per 2 days at maximum. The number of CPE hours will be up to the time to enter and leave the venue, except for lunch time(12:00~13:00). In order to earn hours, it is necessary tag a badge on barcode readers when first entry/final exit. Then, hours will be calculated based on those badge-tagged time.

What certification’s CPE hours can overseas visitors earn through visits ?

Overseas visitors can earn hours of ‘CISSP’ and ‘CISA’.

Do you provide for the certificate of attendance for previous years’ ISEC ?

A

No. Due to Korean privacy law, the data of visitor’s information must be disposed of 1 year after the beginning day of ISEC. Therefore, don’t forget to get the certificate within 1 year after the beginning day of ISEC.
